Licensed in 2009 and now an Associate Broker, Chelsey leads with integrity, compassion, and steady guidance that helps every client feel truly at home — before, during, and after the sale. A Georgia Southern University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Marketing minor, Chelsey is a certified Short Sale & Foreclosure specialist (SFR & CHS), ABR & SRS designated, and E-Pro certified for modern real estate technology. Early in her career, she specialized in short sales because she enjoys the challenge and the satisfaction of helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. Chelsey has consistently ranked as the #1 Individual Agent in both units sold and sales volume for multiple years, earning Best of the Boro and other top producer awards. While milestones matter, she’s most proud of the relationships built along the way. She serves on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams, is active with the Savannah and Statesboro Boards of Realtors, and currently serves on the executive board of Statesboro Service League. Her approach is rooted in faith and a genuine desire to serve others. She listens closely, communicates clearly, and provides honest guidance through every step of the process. Whether helping a family navigate a short sale or a buyer find “the one,” her goal is always the same: to make the experience smoother, more supported, and maybe even enjoyable.
