I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1999. I was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. I lived in Arizona for 14 years and Hawaii for 1.5 years. I arrived in Georgia in 2004 and quickly knew this was the place for me and my family. I'm the Founder of NUWAY Realty. Launching the company in 2009 with 4 agents, and grew my boutique Real Estate company to 20 agents. I sold the company in 2020 to go back to simply doing what I do best and that's helping my clients buy and sell their homes! Previous to becoming a Realtor, I worked in Corporate America for 28 years. I kept buying a house every 2 years until one day I decided "That's what I needed to be doing". My career as a Realtor started in Arizona in 1999. I became full-time once I moved to Georgia in 2004 and LOVE every minute of every day. It's one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences to work in Real Estate. From the recession in 2008, bouncing back in 2013, the pandemic in 2020, crazy spikes in pricing in 2021, and interest rate hikes in the summer of 2022 I've never had a down market.
