From 2004-2010, Todd built and ran the Keller Williams lntown office in Midtown, which became one of the largest and most productive offices in the country. He grew the office to 200 agents and under his leadership, it consistently ranked in the top 1% in the state and averaged an amazing 2,000 transactions a year. As the Managing Broker, Todd's primary role was to coach, train and develop the skills of hundreds of agents at all levels. He has been a home flipper since 1995 and recently built his first new construction project. Cathy has been with Keller Williams since 2005 and brings a wealth of experience to the team. She has experience in operations, outside sales, sales training, and branch management. She relocated from NJ to open a new branch office in Dunwoody for a national staffing firm in 1996.
